AWARD PROGRAM INCENTIVES. When departments institute employee award programs, incentives may be provided that include an additional day of leave with pay. When departments create employee incentive programs, input and participation will be sought from nonsupervisory employees within the department. Departments are encouraged to have nonsupervisory employees vote to determine award recipients.

  • Incentive Bonus Plan Employee shall be eligible for a bonus opportunity of up to 65% of his annual base salary in accordance with the Company’s Incentive Bonus Plan as modified from time to time, payable in cash and/or equity of the Company (at the Company’s discretion). The bonus payment and the Company’s targeted performance shall be determined and approved by the Board or the compensation committee thereof.

  • Bonus Program You will be eligible for an annual target bonus of forty percent (40%) of your annual base salary, as determined by the Board in its sole discretion based upon, among other things, the achievement of pre-determined performance milestones. Any annual bonus, if earned, shall be paid no later than March 15th of the year immediately following the year to which the applicable annual bonus relates.

  • Incentive Program Members who are rated as either Level I, Level II or Level III in every phase of the Physical Fitness Test are eligible to participate in the Incentive Program.

  • Long-Term Incentive Awards The Executive shall participate in any long-term incentive awards offered to senior executives of the Company, as determined by the Compensation Committee.

  • Performance Incentives As a bonus, to supplement Associate Head Coach’s compensation, as set out herein, the University agrees to pay the following sums upon attainment of each specified goal, provided the Program is in compliance with all Governing Athletics Rules and University Rules, and there are no pending or active NCAA or __________ Conference investigations or major violations of which Associate Head Coach knew or should have known. Associate Head Coach must also complete the _________ [insert sport] season as Associate Head [Men’s/Women’s] [delete if sport is football] __________ Coach to receive any performance incentives for that season.
