Award Notices. If your application is successful, we notify your U.S. Representative and U.S. Senators and send you a Grant Award Notification (GAN). We may notify you informally, also. If your application is not evaluated or not selected for funding, we notify you.

Award Notices. ‌ After your application has been reviewed, you will receive a letter from XXXXXX through postal mail that describes the general results of the review, including the score that your application received. If you are approved for funding, you will receive an additional notice through postal mail, the Notice of Award (NoA), signed by XXXXXX’s Grants Management Officer. The Notice of Award is the sole obligating document that allows you to receive Federal funding for work on the grant project. If you are not funded, you may re-apply if there is another receipt date for the program.

The NoA is the document authorizing the grant award and will be sent by electronic mail to the awardee as listed on its SF-424. Grant and cooperative agreement recipients must report information for each first- tier subaward of $25,000 or more in Federal funds and executive total compensation for the recipient’s and subrecipient’s five most highly compensated executives as outlined in Appendix A to 2 CFR Part 170 (available online at xxx.xxxx.xxx).
Award Notices. Successful applicants will receive a Notice of Grant Award (NGA) from the CDC Procurement and Grants Office. The NGA shall be the only binding, authorizing document between the recipient and CDC. The NGA will be signed by an authorized Grants Management Officer, and mailed to the recipient fiscal officer identified in the application.
