Award Advance. If Contractor seeks an advance, it must submit a request for said advance to DCHHS in writing within seventy-two (72) hours of the respective Notice of Grant Award. At a minimum, said request shall include the exact amount of the advance requested, a summary of expenses to be covered, and the need and justification for said advance. Any reimbursement for said advance shall be prorated over the first six (6) months of the Contract Term and to the extent feasible, equal amounts shall be deducted from monthly billing during the six-month reconciliation period.
