AVIF or AIM To Provide Documents; Information About COMPANY. (a) AVIF will provide to LIFE COMPANY at least one (1) complete copy or all SEC registration statements, AVIF Prospectuses, reports, any preliminary and final proxy material, applications for exemptions, requests for no-action letters, and all amendments to any of the above, that relate to AVIF or the Shares of a Fund, contemporaneously with the filing of such document with the SEC or other regulatory authorities.
