Aviation Liability Insurance. 1 If used directly or indirectly in performance of the Work by the Contractor, Subcontractor, Sub-subcontractor or Supplier, aviation liability insurance with respect to owned or non-owned aircraft, remotely piloted aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles or drones including the use of additional premises, and shall include, if applicable, coverage for bodily injury, death, aircraft passenger hazard, and damage to property including loss of use thereof. Such insurance shall have limits of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000).
Aviation Liability Insurance. At all times during the term of this Agreement, Tenant shall maintain, at its sole cost, Aviation Liability insurance with combined single limits of not less than $200,000.00 per occurrence, $1,000,000.00 aggregate, and is to include bodily injury and property damage liability arising out of the operation, maintenance or use of any aircraft, including, owned, non-owned and hired aircraft.
Aviation Liability Insurance. Carrier shall maintain liability insurance for the protection of Carrier and the Port, its commissioners, directors, officers, agents, and employees for claims arising out of Xxxxxxx's operation in connection with this Agreement. Such insurance shall include coverage for bodily injury, death, property damage, including loss of use thereof, personal injury, contractual liability, fire legal and products and completed operations.

Aviation Liability Insurance. The minimum limits of insurance (inclusive of any amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy) covering the work performed pursuant to this Agreement will be the amounts specified herein. Coverage will be provided for liability resulting out of, or in connection with, ongoing operations performed by, or on behalf of, Company under this Agreement or the use or occupancy of Authority premises by, or on behalf of, Company in connection with this Agreement. In respect of each and every loss or damage or injury - US$250,000. d) Design & Construct Professional Indemnity Insurance In respect of each and every occurrence – R10,000,000. In the event of any occurrence which is likely to give rise to a claim under the insurance arranged by the Employer, the Contractor shall: a) In addition to any statutory requirement or other requirements contained in the Contract immediately notify the Employer and the Employer's Insurance Brokers by telephone, mobile phone or email giving the circumstances, nature and an estimate of the loss or damage or liability. The Contractor must also complete the Claim Advice Form (Appendix “A”). Aviation Liability Insurance. Airline shall procure and maintain during the Term of this Agreement, Commercial Airline Liability insurance providing coverage for Bodily Injury, Personal Injury, Property Damage, Airport Liability, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Hangarkeepers Legal Liability, Passenger Liability, Cargo Legal Liability, Contractual Liability, and Liquor Liability. Insurance shall be procured with a combined single limit of liability not less than the product of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) multiplied by the number of passenger seats in the largest aircraft operated by the Airline, but in no event less than Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) combined single limit of liability. Bodily injury insurance coverage shall include sickness or disease including death therefrom. Property Damage insurance shall include the loss of use of such property.
Aviation Liability Insurance. Insurance will be provided on an “occurrence” basis, including products and completed operations, property damage, bodily injury with limits no less than $5,000,000 per occurrence.
Aviation Liability Insurance. Contractor also shall acquire hangar keepers’ liability coverage for damage to or destruction of the aircraft of other stored in the same location or hanger with a limit of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence. The State of Washington, Department of Natural Resources shall be listed as an additional insured by the endorsement for aviation liability insurance.
Aviation Liability Insurance. If Lessee or its contractors or subcontractors utilize drones or other aviation equipment in relation to any activity on the Leased Premises, and if such insurance described in this Section 9.1.6 is available and is not part of Lessee’s Commercial General Liability insurance, or is not provided by Lessee’s contractors or subcontractors, Lessee or its contractors or subcontractors, as the case may be, must, prior to such use, procure and maintain for the duration of the drone usage on the Leased Premises aviation liability insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to property which may arise from or in connection with the ownership, maintenance or use of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, a.k.a. drone. The aviation liability insurance must have products and completed operations, property damage, and bodily injury limits no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence, and two million dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate.
