Available Products. Contract Scope Summary This contract includes all major software publishers and other miscellaneous COTS software. In addition to offering software licenses, Resellers will: Honor existing Volume or Enterprise license agreements Offer maintenance and support packages on licenses already owned Provide tracking, management, usage monitoring and reporting of licenses Create Washington State specific website and catalog that will be searchable by Purchasing Entity, software publisher, product name and software description and will have the capability to generate online reports. Available Products. The health insurance products available to the Broker for marketing will be designated from time to time by Golden Rule in its sole discretion. The products initially available to Broker are listed in Appendix 1. Available Products. The following Synergy/DE Products are available to Company on all platforms on which Synergy/DE is currently supported, as specified on the Synergex web site (xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx). These Products can be accessed under the Program by download from the Synergex web site. Synergex will provide product configuration keys, which will be reissued annually at the end of each subscription term.
