AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM. 11.1. Springpod shall provide the Client with access to the platform on and subject to the terms of this agreement during the period set out in an order.

To the maximum extent permitted by the law we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility, and satisfactory quality.

AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM. 2.5.1. Seemplicity will make reasonable commercial efforts to keep the Platform operational at all times. However, Seemplicity might have to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform, or any part thereof, at any time, including the availability of the Platform. Seemplicity reserves the right to update and make operational modifications to the Platform at any time. These updates and operational modifications to the Platform might make access to the Dashboard Services momentarily unavailable. Subscriber acknowledges that it is normal to have a certain amount of system downtime and agrees not to hold Seemplicity liable for any of the consequences of such interruptions.
AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM. 6.1. Whilst BuoyTrade will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Platform available to you without any interruption, it does not guarantee that the Platform will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the Platform, you should report it to xxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx and BuoyTrade will attempt to correct the fault as soon as it reasonably can.
AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM. The availability of the platform and its services depends on the respective type of installation and the associated use. Since the ZEISS Quality Suite is not necessary for the operation of the software, availability is not guaranteed.
AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM. SUBSCRIBER recognizes that the traffic of data through the internet may cause delays during the download of information from the Platform and accordingly, it shall not hold XYLOS liable for delays that are common in the course of internet use. SUBSCRIBER further acknowledges and accepts that the Platform will not be available on a continual twenty-four-hour basis due to such delays, or delays caused by XYLOS' upgrading, modification, or standard maintenance of the Platform.
AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM. It is not possible to operate our Platform with 100% guaranteed uptime. My Virtual Vet, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to keep our Platform operational. However, certain technical difficulties, routine site maintenance and upgrades, and other events may, from time to time, result in interruptions to or outages of our Platform. You agree that My Virtual Vet, Inc. shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any direct or indirect consequence of any modification, suspension, discontinuance of, or interruption to our Platform.
