Availability of Protocols. The Protocols will be made available to Participating Providers on-line or upon request. Some or all Protocols also may be disseminated in the form of an administrative manual or guide or in other communications. Currently, the Protocols may be found at xxx.XXXxxxxxxxx.xxx or as indicated in the Additional Manual Appendix, if applicable. United will notify Participating Providers of any changes in the location of the Protocols.
