Availability of Information to CE. Within 15 days after the date of a written request by CE, BA shall provide any information necessary to fulfill CE's obligations to provide access to PHI under HIPAA, the HITECH Act, or the Privacy and Security Rule.
Availability of Information to CE. Associate shall make available to CE such information as CE may require to fulfill CE’s obligations to provide access to, provide a copy of, and account for disclosures with respect to PHI pursuant to HIPAA and the HIPAA Regulations, including, but not limited to, 45 CFR Sections 164.524 and 164.528.
