Availability of Class Specifications. A copy of each class specification shall be maintained by the Human Resources Division and shall indicate the date of adoption or last revision or amendment. Duplicate copy of any class specification is to be made available to any person upon request.

Availability of Class Specifications. A manual of all current class specifications shall be available at METRO’s Personnel Office for review by employees and Union representatives. An employee may obtain a copy of any class specifications from METRO Human Resources Department. Upon appointment, each new employee shall be provided with a copy of the employee’s class specifications. Further, an employee shall be given a copy of the amended class specifications as changes occur.
