Common use of Auto Allowance Clause in Contracts

Auto Allowance. During the Term, Executive shall receive a monthly auto allowance (“Auto Allowance”) in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) (subject to withholding for applicable taxes and as otherwise required by law) consistent with Employer’s policy or practice regarding such allowances, as such policy or practice may be changed or eliminated from time to time during the Term in Employer’s sole discretion; provided, however, that in no event shall the amount paid to Executive under this Section 6.5 be reduced.

During the Term, Executive shall receive a monthly auto allowance (“Auto Allowance”) in the amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,000750) (subject to withholding for applicable taxes and as otherwise required by law) consistent with Employer’s 's policy or practice regarding such allowances, as such policy or practice may be changed or eliminated from time to time time, or eliminated, during the Term in Employer’s 's sole discretion; provided, however, that in no event shall the amount paid to Executive under this Section 6.5 be reduced.

Executive shall be solely responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for the vehicle referenced in this provision.
