Common use of Authorized Use Clause in Contracts

Authorized Use. The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPA.

Authorized Use. Contractor also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student Data.

The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein within this DPA.

Provider may use Student Data (1) for adaptive learning purposes or customized student learning, (2) to respond to technical assistance requests from or about a student from a student, parent or the LEA.

The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Principal Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement Principal Agreement, Privacy Policy, and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPA.

Authorized Use. The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein or as otherwise provided under this DPA.
