Authorized to Conduct Business. Architect represents that Architect is authorized to conduct the business and carry out the Scope of Work contemplated in this Agreement. Prior to starting performance under this Agreement, Architect shall, upon written (including electronic) request, provide proof to HCED of the authority to do business in this state or at the location specified in this Agreement.
