Authorized to Act. All agreements, securities, documents and instruments purporting to be signed, made, drawn, accepted or executed or endorsed as provided in this Agreement shall be valid and binding upon you, jointly and severally, and ATB Financial is hereby authorized to act thereon and give effect thereto.
