Common use of Authorized Denominations Clause in Contracts

Authorized Denominations. The Notes are issuable only as registered Notes without coupons, and unless otherwise set forth above, only in denominations of $1,000 and whole multiples of $1,000. As provided in the Indenture, and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, Notes are exchangeable for a like aggregate principal amount of Notes of different authorized denominations, as requested by the holder surrendering the same.
