Authorized Card Users. You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of your Card. If you permit another person to have access to your Card or Card number(s), we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Authorized Card Users. You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of the Card. If you permit another person to have access to the Card or Card number(s), we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You must notify us to revoke permission for any person you previously authorized to use the Card. If you tell us to cancel another person’s use of the Card, we may revoke the Card and issue a new Card with a different number. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you permit another person to have access to the Card or Card number, we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. Your Representations and Warranties – By activating the Card or by retaining, using or authorizing the use of the Card, you represent and warrant to us that: (i) you are at least 18 years of age (or older if you reside in a state where the majority age is older); (ii) you are a U.S. citizen or legal alien residing in the fifty (50) states of the United States (“U.S”) or the District of Columbia; (iii) you have provided us with a verifiable U.S. street address (not a P.O. Box); (iv) the personal information that you provide to us in connection with the Card is true, correct and complete; (v) you received a copy of this Agreement and agree to be bound by and to comply with its terms; and (vi) you accept the Card.
Authorized Card Users. You may not permit another person to have access to your Card or Card number. If you do provide access to your Card or Card number, you are liable for all transactions incurred with the Card or Card number. You must notify us to revoke permission for any person you previously authorized to use Card information or have access to your account. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Card according to the terms of this Agreement subject to the section labeled “Your Liability for Unauthorized Transfers” below, and other applicable law.
Authorized Card Users. You are responsible and liable for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred through the use of your Card. If you grant any other individual access to your Card or Card information, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) we will treat this as if you have authorized such individual to access and use of your Card, (b) you will be responsible and liable for all transactions and fees incurred in connection with such access to and use of your Card, and (c) you are wholly responsible for ensuring that the use of each Card associated with your Card Account complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may not request an additional Card for another person.

If you permit another person to have access to your Card, card number, or card PIN, we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. Authorized Card Users. The Card is solely for your use and you may not request an additional card for another person. If you give anyone else access to your Card, we will treat any transaction they initiate as authorized by you, and you will be responsible for all transactions and fees that occur. International Transactions You cannot use your Card for International transactions. ATM Deposits Your Accrue Savings debit card does not permit deposits at ATMs.
Authorized Card Users. Global Prepaid Card You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of your Card. If you permit another person to have access to your Card or Card Number, we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Authorized Card Users. You are responsible and liable for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred through the use of your Card, Card number or Card Account. If you grant any other individual access to your Card, Card number or Card Account, you acknowledge and agree that we will treat this as if you have authorized such individual to access and use of your Card, Card number or Card Account unless and until you notify us that such person is not authorized to use your Card, Card number or Card Account; and you will be responsible and liable for all transactions and fees incurred in connection with such access to and use of your Card, Card number or Card Account, except as otherwise provided by applicable law. You are wholly responsible for ensuring that each use of your Card, Card number and Card Account complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may not request an additional Card for another person.
