Common use of Authorizations or Consents Clause in Contracts

Authorizations or Consents. Other than those which shall have been obtained or made on or prior to the Closing Date, no authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any Governmental Authority will be required to be obtained or made by the Trust in connection with the due execution and delivery by the Trust of this Agreement and the consummation by the Trust of the transactions contemplated hereby.
