Authorization to Slipsheet Sample Clauses

The 'Authorization to Slipsheet' clause grants one party the right to insert or replace specific pages, known as slipsheets, within a document after it has been executed. In practice, this may allow for the updating of schedules, exhibits, or other referenced materials without requiring the entire agreement to be re-signed. This clause streamlines the process of making minor, non-substantive changes, ensuring that documents remain current and accurate while minimizing administrative burdens.
