Authorization from Others. Except with respect to required filings under any Antitrust Laws and the expiration of any applicable waiting periods thereunder, no consent, waiver, approval, Order, Permit or declaration or filing with, or notification to, any Governmental Authority is required with respect to Buyer in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document to which Buyer is a party.
