Authorization criteria Clause Samples

The "Authorization criteria" clause defines the specific requirements or standards that must be met for a party to receive approval or permission to perform certain actions under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the necessary qualifications, documentation, or procedural steps that must be satisfied before authorization is granted, such as meeting regulatory standards or providing proof of compliance. Its core practical function is to ensure that only eligible parties are permitted to act, thereby reducing risk and maintaining control over sensitive or regulated activities.
