Common use of Authority’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Authority’s Obligations. 4.1 Subject to reasonable notification by the Contractor of its requirements, the Authority shall give to the Contractor such instructions and/or decisions as pursuant to the Contract are required to be given by the Authority at such a time and in such a manner as shall enable the Contractor properly to perform the Contract. 4.2 The Authority shall supply or make available to the Contractor, without charge, such information as it is required to provide in accordance with the Specification in such time so as not to delay or disrupt the performance of the Contractor’s duties under the Contract. 4.3 The Authority shall provide access to areas of land and building (including details of any restrictions) as stated in the Specification as it is reasonably able to do to enable the Contractor to carry out the Contract. 4.4 The Authority may provide site facilities to the Contractor for the carrying out of the Contract, which, if required, shall be as detailed and on such terms as set out in the Specification.
