Authority’s Inspection. Authority’s agents, representatives, or employees may enter the Leased Premises for the purpose of inspection to determine whether Lessee is in compliance with the terms of this Lease Agreement, for purposes of maintaining, repairing, or altering the Leased Premises, or for the purpose of showing the Leased Premises to prospective lessees.
