Common use of Authority to Use Clause in Contracts

Authority to Use. Whichever of the following is marked applies to this Agreement: The Vendor cannot use any subconsultants without the City Attorney’s prior written approval. The Vendor will use the following subconsultants for the specified areas of work. The Vendor cannot remove, replace or add to any of the subconsultants identified in this provision without the City Attorney’s prior written approval.
