Common use of AUTHORITY TO PRACTICE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORITY TO PRACTICE. (1) The AGENCY hereby represents and warrants that it has and will continue to maintain all licenses and approvals required to meet its obligations under this Contract, that it will at all times conduct its activities in a reputable manner, and that it will at all times during the term of this Contract remain in good standing with any and all regulatory agencies that regulate its activities.
