Authority to Bind County. It is understood that Bid4Assets, in its performance of any and all duties under this Agreement, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, has no authority to bind the Treasurer to any agreements or undertakings.
Authority to Bind County. It is understood that Resident, in Resident’s performance of any and all duties under this Agreement, has no authority to bind County to any agreements or undertakings.
Authority to Bind County. The signatory for the COUNTY represents that he/she has been duly authorized to execute this Contract on behalf of the COUNTY, and has obtained all necessary or applicable approvals to make this Contract fully binding upon the COUNTY when his/her signature is affixed and accepted by the State.
Authority to Bind County. It is understood that neither Party in performance of any and all duties under this MOU, except as otherwise provided in this MOU, has authority to bind the other Party to any agreements or undertakings.
