Authority to Award. Contracts shall be awarded in accordance with the provisions of the City’s Procurement Code, Chapter 7 of the City of Orlando’s Code of Ordinances. Award of contracts in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) shall be subject to City Council approval.
