Common use of AUTHORITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. PSAV and PSAV’S signators represent that the signators hold the positions set forth below their signature and that the signators are authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of PSAV and to bind PSAV hereto. The effective date of this Agreement shall be March 15, 2014. In the event PSAV fails to set forth a date of execution opposite the name(s) of PSAV’s signator(s), PSAV hereby authorizes ANAHEIM, by and through its representative, to insert the date of execution by PSAV’s signator(s) as the date said Agreement, as executed by PSAV is received by ANAHEIM.

In the event PSAV fails to set 7 forth a date of execution opposite the name(s) of PSAV’s signator(s), PSAV hereby authorizes 8 ANAHEIM, by and through its representative, to insert the date of execution by PSAV’s 9 signator(s) as the date said Agreement, as executed by PSAV is received by ANAHEIM.
