AUTHORISING SIGNATURES. The Agreement is drafted in two original copies, both of which shall be signed by the Supplier and DALO. By their signatures to the Agreement, the signatories warrant that they have the authority to commit the Party to the Agreement on whose behalf the Agreement is signed. DALO and the Supplier agree by their signature to the Agreement that clause 14.2 above shall constitute a separate agreement between DALO and the Supplier, which shall be valid whether or not the Agreement should be found ineffective.   • Counterparts; Signatures This Deposit Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of those counterparts shall constitute one and the same instrument. Copies of this Deposit Agreement shall be filed with the Depositary and the Custodians and shall be open to inspection by any Owner or Holder during regular business hours. Any manual signature on this Deposit Agreement that is faxed, scanned or photocopied, and any electronic signature valid under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001, et. seq., shall for all purposes have the same validity, legal effect and admissibility in evidence as an original manual signature, and the parties hereby waive any objection to the contrary.

  • Counterparts; Fax Signatures This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (including executed counterparts delivered and exchanged by facsimile transmission) with the same effect as if all signing parties had originally signed the same document, and all counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute the same instrument. For all purposes, signatures delivered and exchanged by facsimile transmission shall be binding and effective to the same extent as original signatures.
