Authorised Officers. (a) Notice, approval, consent or other Communication given under this Contract may be given by an Authorised Officer of a Party specified in Schedule 6 to an Authorised Officer of another Party specified in Schedule 6.

The Contractor shall decline from providing the Services to any of the Authority’s or Beneficiary’s staff who are not Authorised Officers.

The Mortgagor irrevocably authorises each Mortgagee to rely on a certificate by a person purporting to be its director or secretary as to the identity and signatures of its Authorised Officers. The Mortgagor warrants that those persons have been authorised to give notices and communications under or in connection with the Finance Documents.
