Common use of Auditor's Reports Clause in Contracts

Auditor's Reports. Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all annual, interim or special reports submitted to any Company by independent certified public accountants in connection with each annual, interim or special audit of such Company's books made by such accountants, including, without limitation, any management letter commenting on any Company's internal controls submitted by such accountants to management in connection with their annual audit;

Auditor's Reports.
