Auction Services. A format whereby (i) used cars or services (or groups thereof) ("Items") are sold or traded online, person to person, through (x) the bidding on such Items by one or more prospective buyers, or (y) the clearing of a price offered by one or more prospective sellers, and (ii) the price of such Items is determined by the price paid by the highest bidder or the lowest price offered by the seller; provided, however, that Classified Advertising shall not be deemed Auction Services.
Auction Services. Facilitating auctions or providing other auction-related services, for decommissioned Authorized User Vehicles.

After a domain name registration expires, Tucows reserves the exclusive right to offer the registration to other Users and Registrants through the use of Tucows Auction Services, as described in this Section 9.
9.2. For its Auction Service, Tucows will make available for auction to the general public on Tucows’ auction partner(s) website(s) a list of certain domain names in the Supported TLDs, selected by Tucows, that are scheduled for deletion. All existing grace and redemption periods will continue to apply, notwithstanding the fact that a name has been posted for auction, except for domain names that are considered sold at auction. If the name is sold at auction, it will be acquired by a third party and will not remain available for re-registration after our stated grace period.
Auction Services. During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, OpenSite shall provide the Auction Services for and on behalf of the Client. During the Term, the Client hereby agrees to comply with the Auction Policies, as they amended from time to time by OpenSite within its sole discretion and upon notice to the Client.

Auction Services in and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, lack of viruses or other harmful components and accuracy of the information, software, products, services and related graphics contained within the AUCTION SERVICES sites/services for any purpose. All such information, software, products, services and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AUCTION SERVICES and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products, services and related graphics, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title and non-infringement. This site may contain links to other web sites operated by third parties ( "linked sites"
Auction Services. Asset Software and Management
Auction Services. 7.3.1. Auctions may be conducted live in person or online. The highest bidder must be awarded the vehicle. To prevent conflict of interest and an unfair advantage, the Contractor and their employees are not permitted to bid on auction vehicles if they are managing the auction process.
7.3.2. For all auctions the Contractor must utilize a licensed auctioneer. The auctioneer will provide a copy of its license to the DPS before the auction. The final auction sale price must be included in the sale paperwork provided to DPS.
7.3.3. For online auctions the site and/or program used is the auctioneer. Bids are to be public for all those invited into the sale to see. DPS must be invited to all auctions so that they may be monitored at any time. The final auction sale price must be included in the sale paperwork provided to DPS.
7.3.4. The State reserves the right to use auction activities facilitated through the State’s Fleet Services division, if deemed in the best interest of the State to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, live or internet auctions. The auctions will be handled through the DPS District Headquarters and will not require any services rendered by the Contractor.
