Attendance of Others. Any officer or director of the General Partner, legal counsel for the General Partner and the Partnership and representatives of the Auditor will be entitled to attend any meeting of Partners. The General Partner has the right to authorize the presence of any Person at a meeting regardless of whether the Person is a Partner. With the approval of the General Partner that Person is entitled to address the meeting.

Any officer or director of the Partnership GP, legal counsel for the Partnership GP and the Partnership and representatives of the Auditor will be entitled to attend any meeting of Limited Partners. The Partnership GP has the right to authorize the presence of any Person at a meeting regardless of whether the Person is a Limited Partner. With the approval of the Partnership GP, that Person is entitled to address the meeting.
Attendance of Others. Each Limited Partner, the General Partner, any officer or director of the General Partner, the solicitors for the General Partner and the Partnership, representatives of the Auditor and any other person authorized by the General Partner will be entitled to attend any meeting of Limited Partners.

Any officer or director of the General Partner, legal counsel for the General Partner and the Fund and representatives of the auditor of the Fund are entitled to attend any meeting of Limited Partners. The General Partner, or the Limited Partners by a 662/3% Resolution, have the right to authorize the presence of any Person at a meeting regardless of whether the Person is a Partner, and may permit that Person to address the meeting. Each Limited Partner may have legal counsel or other advisers attend any meeting of Limited Partners.
Attendance of Others. Other parties may attend Community Pharmacy Stakeholder Forum meetings with the approval of the Department and the Guild.
