Attendance at Workshops. The parties agree to the following provisions for employees attending approved workshops/seminars:
Attendance at Workshops. A. All permanent full-time employees who are requested to attend workshops on days when school is not in session shall have their registration paid and be reimbursed for mileage and meals within City guidelines.
Attendance at Workshops. Effective July 1, 2001, unit members shall be eligible for payment for attendance at workshops. In order to be eligible for such payment, a unit member must have obtained fifteen credits of instruction which shall have been previously approved by the unit member’s building administrator of office administrator. A credit shall be the equivalent of fifteen hours of instruction. Payment shall be as follows: •Unit members with ten or more years of District service: $1,000 per year •Unit members with less than ten years of District service: $750 per year
Attendance at Workshops. Up to a total of three (3) additional days release time for the 27 President shall be provided for attendance at workshops or other activities concerning labor rela- 28 tions including the WEA Representative Assembly. The Association shall reimburse the District 29 for the cost of the substitute. 30
Attendance at Workshops. The president of the Union or a designated representative will be provided time off without loss of pay to a maximum of ten (10) workdays per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of these meetings is in the best interest of the District as determined by the District. The Union will reimburse the District for the cost of any required substitute.
