Attendance at Events. Both Parties shall have the option of attending the Children’s events (e.g., school conferences, medical appointments, athletic events, performances). Each Party shall keep the Party informed of such events as soon as they are scheduled and shall take no action to impair or otherwise impede the other Party’s access to such events.

Attendance at Events. Grantee must make reasonable efforts to send representation to key events as requested by the KBA which may include Bioscience Day at the state capitol, the KBA annual meeting, and other such events.
Attendance at Events. When RT runs membership events, members will be emailed an invitation and posts will be put in the Facebook group(s). You will be required to book Your place in advance and to secure Your place by paying a £30 refundable deposit. In the event You do not attend, or if You cancel within seven days of the event, then Your deposit will not be refunded. If You do attend the event or cancel more than 7 days before the event then Your deposit will be refunded to You, by Your original means of payment, within three working days of the event. Events are for current members only, should Your membership not be live at the time of the event then You will not be eligible to attend. Entitlement to attend events will not be rolled over should You not attend during Your membership period. You are not permitted to record, or distribute, the content of any RT events. Please note that event dates are only for guide and are subject to change. Tickets will only be available to reserve once event dates and venue details have been confirmed.

  • ATTENDANCE AT MANDATORY MEETINGS/SCHOOL EVENTS Where an employee is required through clear direction by the board to attend work outside of regular working hours, the provisions of the local collective agreement regarding hours of work and compensation, including any relevant overtime/lieu time provisions, shall apply.   • Attendance Policy In order to maximize learning opportunities, attendance is expected at all college and clinical sessions. Campus laboratory classes are usually demonstrations of essential nursing skills. There is no effective way to “make-up” missed laboratory classes, therefore the instructor may require attendance. For all clinical absences, the student must call the clinical setting a minimum of 30 minutes before the scheduled beginning time of the clinical session that will be missed and leave a message for the appropriate instructor. Any exception to this rule will be noted in writing in the individual course syllabus and green sheet. Students who miss more than 10% of the clinical days in a course may not be able to meet course objectives. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the appropriate instructor to determine “make- up” assignments for all absences. If a student has excess absences as defined in a particular course, the student’s status may be reviewed by the nursing faculty. The student may not be able to satisfactorily meet course objectives and may earn a failing grade.

  • Attendance Use best efforts to attend scheduled meetings of Company’s Board of Directors;

  • Attendance Bonus Employees are eligible for an attendance bonus when every shift is satisfactorily worked throughout the monthly schedule period and no changes are requested in the schedule by the employee except for trading shifts as provided for in Article 13.4.4 or utilizing unpaid union leave. To qualify, a minimum of 130 compensated hours must have been worked during the qualifying period. The bonus will be an additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour on only the hours worked in the qualifying period.

  • Attendance Incentive Program In January of the year following any year in which a minimum of sixty (60) days of leave for illness or injury is accrued, and each January thereafter, any eligible employee may exercise an option to receive remuneration for unused leave for illness or injury accumulated in the previous year at a rate equal to one (1) day of monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days of accrued leave for illness or injury in excess of sixty (60) days. Leave for illness or injury for which compensation has been received shall be deducted from accrued leave for illness or injury at the rate of four (4) days for every one (1) day of monetary compensation; provided, however, no employee shall receive compensation under this section for any portion of leave for illness or injury accumulated at a rate in excess of one (1) day per month. At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death an eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to one (1) day of current monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days accrued leave for illness or injury. The provisions of this section shall be administered in accordance with state law and applicable state rules and regulations. Should the legislature revoke any benefits granted under this section, no affected employee shall be entitled thereafter to receive such benefits as matter of contractual right.

  • Attendance Incentive It is the desire of both the Employer and the Union to provide consistent quality bus service for all students. It is also a mutual desire to have qualified permanent District bus drivers available to drive all identified bus routes. Based on this mutual interest, the parties agree to this Attendance Incentive program during the life of the Agreement:
