The following attachments to this Agreement form part of this Agreement: - Attachment A titled “Classification Structure”; - Attachment B titled “Schedule”; - Attachment C titled “Election to Cash Out Annual Leave”; The Employer will complete the relevant information required to be completed in Attachment B (“the Schedule”) in respect of each prospective Employee in a document in accordance with the Schedule at the time that such person is offered employment with the Employer ("the document"). Once the Employee accepts the Employer's offer of employment the terms of this Agreement shall be read together with the document . If, for any reason whatsoever, the relevant information required to be completed in the Schedule is not completed at the time that the Employee accepts employment with the Employer such information may be completed at any time thereafter and until then the relevant information shall be determined in accordance with the terms of the verbal agreement / any other agreement between the parties. The relevant information required to be completed in Attachment C (“Election to Cash Out Annual Leave”) will be completed by the Employee in a document in accordance with the Election to Cash Out Annual Leave at the time that the Employee elects to cash out annual leave in accordance with this Agreement (if applicable).
