Attachment M. Experience Rebate Proposal Submission This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Contract.
Attachment M. 8. Behavioral Health Service Definition Policy is revised and restated in its entirety to modify definitions with this Attachment M.8. as set forth in Attachment 7: Attachment M.8. First Revised and Restated Behavioral Health Service Definition Policy to this Amendment.
Attachment M. 14. Healthy Opportunities Pilot Interpersonal Violence (IPV)-Related Services: Conditions, Requirements, and Standards is incorporated into the Contract to define the Healthy Opportunities Interpersonal Violence (IPV) Related Services conditions, requirements and standards as stated in Attachment 8: Attachment M.14. Healthy Opportunities Pilot Interpersonal Violence (IPV)-Related Services: Conditions, Requirements, and Standards to this Amendment.
Attachment M. Contract The terms and conditions in documents posted to the aforementioned URLs are subject to change pursuant to action by the legislature of The State of Maryland, change in State policy, adoption of revised eMM business requirements, or change to IRS Publication 1075. Contractor is responsible for verifying the correct and current version of this IRS publication and related safeguarding terms language and acknowledges that the State or Authorized User issuing the Change Order or SOW will be held harmless. If a change is made to the mandatory terms and conditions, a new effective date will be noted in the document title. Contractor is advised to check the URLs periodically.
