Attachment and Cable Clearances. Licensee’s Attachments on District Poles, including metal attachment clamps and bolts, metal cross-arm supports, bolts and other equipment, must be attached so as to maintain the minimum separations specified in the National Electrical Safety Code (“NESC”) and in drawings and specifications District may from time to time furnish Licensee.
