The atmospheric pressure at the Delivery Point shall be based upon 14.73 Psia at sea level, corrected to actual elevation in accordance with the October 1981 standards in the American Petroleum Institute. Manual of Petroleum Standards, and may be assumed to be constant for calculation purposes.
