Common use of At-Will Status Clause in Contracts

At-Will Status. If the Term ends on March 31, 2017 and if you are then still employed by the Company, then your employment shall thereafter continue on an “at will” basis and during such at-will period either party can terminate your employment without obligation (including without limitation any obligation to provide severance payments or benefits) and/or the Company can change any or all of the terms of your employment at any time for any reason or no reason by providing written notice of the same. For the avoidance of doubt, no advance written notice will be required to effectuate a termination of your employment after the expiration of the Term.
