At sea. 1. Attended Engine Room (Watch standing) EOOWs stand watch, normally 4 or 8 hour increments. Overtime is earned for hours worked beyond 8 regular hours during weekdays, and for any hours worked on weekends and holidays. (as per Section 1 of this Article.)

At sea. Employees working in the field, who are required to be at sea overnight for official purposes, whether performing duty or not, will be paid At Sea Allowance for each day or part-day where these circumstances exist. The allowance is only payable while at sea on non-passenger vessels (including navy and customs vessels). The employer pays the employee’s passage on the vessel, in addition to the payment of the allowance.

At sea. A day at sea will be defined as a day where the employee is required to sleep on the ship that night. A day at sea will be assumed to require up to a maximum of twelve (12) hours of work. The employee will be paid at their regular rate for twelve (12) hours, regardless of actual hours worked.

  • Procurement for Goods and Works 3. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, Goods and Works shall only be procured on the basis of the methods of procurement set forth below: International Competitive Bidding National Competitive Bidding Shopping The methods of procurement are subject to, among other things, the detailed arrangements and threshold values set forth in the Procurement Plan.   • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):

CRMC-DMSP reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time.
