At DB Contractor Sample Clauses

The "At DB Contractor" clause designates responsibilities, obligations, or actions that are specifically assigned to the Design-Build (DB) Contractor under a contract. This clause typically clarifies which tasks, deliverables, or risks are to be managed by the DB Contractor, such as providing materials, performing work, or ensuring compliance with certain standards. By clearly outlining what is required from the DB Contractor, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures accountability, thereby allocating risk and responsibility appropriately within the project.
At DB Contractor s request, TxDOT and DB Contractor shall work jointly to establish a scope of work and budget for TxDOT’s Recoverable Costs in connection with providing such assistance to DB Contractor. Subject to any agreed scope of work and budget, DB Contractor shall reimburse TxDOT for TxDOT’s Recoverable Costs in connection with providing such assistance to DB Contractor (including all reasonable costs of litigation if TxDOT agrees to pursue litigation against a Utility Owner).
