Assurances by Employee. Employee represents and warrants to the Company that Employee may enter into and fully perform all of Employee’s obligations under this Agreement and as an employee of the Company without breaching, violating, or conflicting with (i) any judgment, order, writ, decree, or injunction of any court, arbitrator, government agency, or other tribunal that applies to Employee or (ii) any agreement, contract, obligation, or understanding to which Employee is a party or may be bound.
