Assurance. 8.1 The Provider shall assure the quality of the Deliverable in relation to the Contract in accordance with the description of the Customer’s task in the specification of requirements, cf. Annex 1. If the Customer has not given a description of quality assurance procedures in the specification of requirements, the Provider’s own quality assurance procedures shall be complied with.
