Common use of ASSUMPTIONS, GUARANTEES, ETC Clause in Contracts

ASSUMPTIONS, GUARANTEES, ETC. of Indebtedness of Other Persons. Except as set forth on Schedule 2.22, the Company has not assumed, guaranteed, endorsed or otherwise become directly or contingently liable on or for any indebtedness for borrowed money of any other Person, except guarantees by endorsement of negotiable instruments for deposit or collection or similar transactions in the ordinary course of business.

ASSUMPTIONS, GUARANTEES, ETC. of Indebtedness of Other Persons. Except as set forth on Schedule 2.223.2.27, the Company has not assumed, guaranteed, endorsed or otherwise become directly or contingently liable on or for any indebtedness for borrowed money of any other Personperson (including, without limitation, liability by way of agreement, contingent or otherwise, to purchase, to provide funds for payment, to supply funds to or otherwise invest in a debtor, or otherwise to assure a creditor against loss), other than guaranties by the Company of obligations of its Subsidiaries and except guarantees for guaranties by endorsement of negotiable instruments for deposit or collection or similar transactions in the ordinary course of business.

Except as set forth on Schedule 2.222.23, the Company has not assumed, guaranteed, endorsed or otherwise become directly or contingently liable on or for any indebtedness in excess of $50,000 for borrowed money of any other Person, except guarantees by endorsement of negotiable instruments for deposit or collection or similar transactions in the ordinary course of business.
