Assumption of the Risk. The undersigned acknowledges and understands the following:
Assumption of the Risk. This is a third party system which FXDD is providing to you, the Customer and/or User, for your convenience. However, as a third party system, FXDD does not have control over, and is not responsible for, any issues which Customer and/or User may encounter, including, but not limited to, loss of account or user information, trading positions, and/or trading profits, or security.

I am aware and acknowledge that this trip is to a Third World Country and may subject me to a number of risks and dangers. I understand and acknowledge that activities during said trip may involve hazardous or dangerous activities particularly in terms of local travel, and that my participation may subject me to the risk of injury, illness or death. I understand and acknowledge that I may be subject to a number of additional risks and dangers including, without limitation, the risks and dangers involved in the transportation to and in Vietnam, the risk and danger that adequate medical facilities may not be available should I require medical attention, and the risks and dangers of residing in and being subject to the laws of a foreign country. I understand that the conditions which presently exist in Vietnam, specifically, but not limited to, are unsanitary health conditions including the risk of hepatitis, malaria, cholera, polio, and other diseases. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the above risks, and all other risks, known and unknown, seen or foreseen, associated with my participation in this trip and its associated activities.
Assumption of the Risk. Resident(s) assumes all risk and responsibility for any injury or property damage caused by the installation, operation or removal of the dish or antenna, including any caused by a failure to securely attach the dish to the Premises.

Assumption of the Risk. The Volunteer understands that the Activities may include work that may be hazardous to the Volunteer, including, but not limited to, construction, loading and unloading, and transportation to and from the work sites. Volunteer hereby expressly and specifically assumes the risk of injury or harm in the Activities and releases Habitat from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from the Activities.

You acknowledge and agree that the indoor firing range operated by PBR involves the use and discharge by you and others of pistols, rifles, shotguns, machineguns and other weapons, which are potentially dangerous activities. You acknowledge and agree that those activities involve certain risks and exposure to bodily injury or death, which risks and exposure you voluntarily assume by becoming a Member of PBR and using its facilities. In consideration of the use of PBR facilities by you, your family members and guests, you hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses or damages sustained or incurred by you, your family or guests resulting from or arising out of any activity or event occurring on the PBR premises, and release in full and forever discharge the PBR Affiliates, whether acting officially or otherwise, on behalf of yourself, your family members, your guests, your heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives, from and against any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, death, property damage, loss, claim, or liability resulting from or arising out of any activity or event occurring on the PBR premises.
Assumption of the Risk. I am aware that all activities associated with receiving fitness and health training instruction from Trainer, including, but not limited to, activities involving aerobic exercise, stretching exercise, running and weight lifting, as well as additional strenuous exercise and/or exertion of strength, and other sustained physical activities, which place stress on the cardiovascular and muscular systems (collectively referred to herein as “Training”), are and can be hazardous activities that include certain risks and dangers, including but not limited to, catastrophic injuries, including paralysis, other serious injury, and death. I VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL RISKS INVOLVED, INCLUDING RISKS FROM PARTICIPATING IN ANY WAY IN THE TRAINING USE OF EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY THE TRAINER OR USE OF EQUIPMENT I PROVIDE, WHETHER THE TRAINING OCCURS AT THE STUDIO, MY HOME, OFFICE, OR ANY OTHER LOCATION. WAIVER: In consideration of my participation in the training provided by Trainer I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Trainer and/or its members, managers, officers, directors, agents, employees, and affiliated entities (Hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from liability, from any and all claims, including the negligence of Trainer resulting in personal injury, accident or illnesses (including Death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in the training and use of facilities, premises or equipment wherever located and by whomever provided. In further consideration for the right to use equipment provided by Trainer or equipment at another location, I acknowledge and agree that Trainer has not inspected the equipment at the Location or the suitability of the area for the training. I expressly release, hold harmless, discharge and indemnify (including costs and legal fees) Trainer and Releasees for any loss, injury or damage (including Death) from any cause, including negligence arising out of any Location, and/or arising out of the use of my equipment, or equipment or facilities provided by Trainer. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS: I also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD Trainer and all Releasees harmless of any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, duties and liabilities, including legal fees brought as a result of my training with Trainer and to reimburse Trainer for any such expenses incurred.
