Common use of Assumption Agreement Clause in Contracts

Assumption Agreement. An assignment and assumption agreement, duly executed by Purchaser, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for Seller, sufficient to effect the assumption by Purchaser of the Assumed Liabilities.
