Association Responsibilities. Within ten (10) days, the Association shall promptly notify the Employer in writing of the names of those persons who have been authorized to act on its behalf and the authority of each such person, which notice shall remain in effect until superseded by a new written notice. The Association further agrees to conduct its dealings with the Employer in a professional and responsible manner and to diligently search for solutions to problems as they relate to the Agreement. If this policy is not adhered to, the Employer may file a letter of complaint with the Association officers.
