Association Officials. The Association shall inform the Superintendent in writing of any appointed or elected officials responsible for processing grievances, conducting negotiations or other Board/Association relationships. The District shall not be obligated to acknowledge, accept, comply with or take any other action based on any request or action made by any person purporting to act as an Association official, unless such person's name appears on the list(s) provided by the Association pursuant to this paragraph. Should any request or action be made by a person purporting to act as an Association official but whose name does not appear on the Association list(s), the District shall inform the Association President or designee of that occurrence; such notification shall occur within seven (7) working days, by email. For the purpose of grievance processing, the period beginning when the District knows of any such occurrence and ending when the Association receives notice of that occurrence shall not be considered as part of filing and processing time lines.
