Association Memberships. The annual dues for the District Superintendent’s membership in the New York State Council of School Superintendents and the American Association of School Administrators shall be paid by the Board. In addition, the Board shall pay the annual dues for one other professional organization selected by the District Superintendent.
Association Memberships. Purchaser acknowledges that as owner of the Unit, Purchaser shall be subject to the provisions of and restrictions contained in the Declaration, the Master Declaration and the Map, shall automatically become a member of the Association and the Master Association and shall be governed by the Association Documents and the Master Association Documents. These documents require, among other things, membership by Purchaser in the Association and Master Association and payment of assessments to the Association and the Master Association.
Association Memberships. The District shall pay for one State and one National professional association membership for each Administrator, provided the membership and fee are approved in advance by the Superintendent.

The Association affiliations should be applicable to the administrator(s) position in the District. These fee payments will not include the cost of any group or hospitalization insurance, but may include provisions for liability insurance. For the duration of the contract, annual membership reimbursements for the entire bargaining unit shall be limited to three.

Bank and BAMSI agree that Bank will at all times during the term of this Agreement maintain its membership in each such Association in good standing and fully comply with all requirements imposed under the applicable bylaws, articles of incorporation and operating regulations of each such Association.

Association Memberships. The County does not object to Association membership by its housestaff physicians and believes that certain benefits may inure from such membership. For the purpose of this Section, a housestaff physician will be considered to be a member of the Association if he/she timely tenders the dues and initiation fee as a condition of membership. The County will grant the Association a private meeting during the orientation of new housestaff physicians to present the benefits of Association membership, at which time the Association may give these employees a copy of this Agreement. In addition, the Association will be included in the annual orientation processing for the purpose of providing housestaff physicians the opportunity to sign up as members of the Association.
Association Memberships. To the extent that ownership of the Operated Facilities includes memberships, voting rights in or positions on the boards of directors or executive boards of, any strata or condominium corporations, village or resort associations or similar groups and Owner has delegated to Head Lessee the authority to sub-delegate as contemplated herein, Head Lessee hereby designates
Association Memberships. The employer shall pay the cost of any work related association membership fees of employees if recommended by the C.A.O.
Association Memberships. To the extent that ownership of the Operated Facilities includes memberships, voting rights in or positions on the boards of directors or executive boards of, condominium associations, village or resort associations or similar groups, Owner hereby designates Manager in Owner’s place and stead as Owner’s representative, proxy and attorney-in-fact to exercise such membership rights and voting rights and to participate in such associations’ memberships board of directors and executive boards. Owner agrees to execute, from time to time, such proxies and other documents as Manager requests to carry out the provisions of this Section 3.13. Manager shall provide timely reports to Owner of all issues, meetings, proxies and similar matters and shall seek Owner’s prior approval of any material issues. When a material issue needs Owner’s prior approval, “timely reports” means that the information required for Owner to make an informed decision is delivered to Owner and any Mortgagee not later than five (5) business days prior to the decision having to be made except in such circumstances where such five (5) business day prior notice is not reasonably possible or practical. The designation and appointment of Manager (or individuals designated by Manager) to such positions shall be subject to the express agreement that, (a) upon written direction by Owner or any Mortgagee, Manager or such individuals designated by Manager will exercise their votes in the manner so directed or, if legally effective, grant to Owner, such Mortgagee or a person designated by them, a general or specific proxy, or (b) upon written direction from Owner or any Mortgagee, upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Manager (or any individuals designated by Manager) shall resign from such positions upon Owner’s request and cooperate in the replacement of such appointees or designees as Owner may require. In the event of any conflict between the directions to Manager from Owner and any Mortgagee, Owner and Manager agree that the directions of the Mortgagee will govern. Owner agrees that Owner will provide Manager, prior to execution thereof, any documentation requested to be executed by or with respect to any condominium associations, village or resort associations or similar groups which has jurisdiction over the Operated Facilities.
