Common use of Association Leave Clause in Contracts

Association Leave. At the beginning of every school year, the Association shall be credited with five (5) days to be used by employees who are officers or agents of the Association, such use, without pay, to be at the discretion of the Association. The superintendent, or his/her designee will be notified no less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of such leave.
